- 60 ml (2 tbsp) butter or margarine
- 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 5 ml (1 tsp) cinnamon
- 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tbsp) honey or maple syrup
- 250 ml (1 cup) cooked quinoa
- 1In a skillet, melt the butter or margarine.
- 2Add the apples and cinnamon. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
- 3Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.Â
It’s ready! Serve warm for the best flavor.
